I spent over 30 years in corporate sales, management, and executive leadership, building and leading high-performing sales teams—and developing the managers who ran them. I know what it takes to succeed because I’ve lived it. I also know what it costs when we lose ourselves along the way.

On paper, I was thriving. But behind the scenes, I was juggling pressure, self-doubt, and the constant feeling that I had something to prove.
