Welcome to DebHerdman.com. By accessing or using this website and participating in coaching programs provided by Deborah Herdman ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Coaching Services

Deborah Herdman offers professional coaching services intended for personal and professional growth and development. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and does not substitute professional medical or mental health care.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship. We provide guidance and strategies, but outcomes are dependent on the client's commitment and personal circumstances.

3. Payment and Fees

All payments for coaching programs are non-refundable. Late payments may result in suspended access to coaching services until payments are current.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling one-on-one sessions. Missed group coaching sessions are not rescheduled or refunded. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

5. Confidentiality

All coaching interactions and information provided by the client remain confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the client or others from harm.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided through our coaching services and website remain the intellectual property of Deborah Herdman. Clients may use these materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Our liability for any claims or damages related to coaching services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
